LGRM-2025 Large Glutinous Rice Mochi Machine is an automatic rice product processing equipment integrating glutinous rice steaming, pounding, and forming. High-frequency pounding makes mochi soft, glutinous, and chewy, suitable for mass production in food factories and mochi processing plants, replacing traditional manual pounding to improve efficiency and standardization.
LGRM-2025 Large-scale Glutinous Rice Macher features “high-speed pounding + stable texture”, adopting a double-hammer alternating pounding structure with pounding force up to 50-100kg, ensuring full of glutinous rice grains and forming uniform colloid. The elasticity coefficient of rice cakes is 20% higher than traditional methods. Equipped with a steam heating system, glutinous rice steaming time is shortened to 30 minutes, with temperature at 100±2℃ to avoid undercooking or overcooking.
– Food-grade 304 stainless steel is used for parts in contact with ingredients; the pounding tank can tilt for unloading, facilitating cleaning; a sound insulation cover is added to the body, with operating noise ≤75dB to improve working environment. The touch screen panel presets 3 rice cake hardness parameters (soft, medium, hard), supporting timed pounding and automatic forming, easy for beginners to operate. Safety features include infrared hand protection induction, automatically stopping when hands are near the pounding area.
– The basic model (50-100kg/h) suits small rice cake workshops; the standard model (100-150kg/h) adds automatic rice feeding and cooling conveyor, adapting to medium food factories; the industrial model (150-200kg/h) connects to cutting and packaging lines with intelligent temperature control, meeting continuous operation needs of large production lines. All models support custom rice cake shapes (strip, block) for diverse consumption scenarios.
