It has a built-in air separation device, which automatically separates bean hulls and kernels by wind force after dehulling, reducing manual sorting; it also has an impurity filtering system to remove stones, soil and other foreign matters from beans, ensuring processing hygiene. Operation is via PLC touch screen, supporting parameter preset and one-key start, with real-time display of processing volume, dehulling rate and other data during operation, facilitating production monitoring.
For scenario adaptation, the basic model with 500-1000kg/h capacity suits small and medium bean product factories (e.g., tofu, soymilk production); the standard model with 1000-1500kg/h capacity adds automatic feeding, adapting to pre-processing in medium food processing plants; the industrial model with 1500-2000kg/h capacity supports connection with cleaning and drying lines, meeting the needs of large bean deep processing lines (e.g., red bean paste, soybean powder production). All three models support screen customization according to bean diameter, flexibly handling multi-variety processing, helping enterprises improve production efficiency and raw material utilization.
