Suitable for processing sausages, bacon, ham, etc., it precisely controls color and flavor, adapting to standardized production in meat factories and improving product quality stability.
PSM-2025 Programmable Smoking Machine features “intelligent temperature control + uniform flavor”, adopting PID fuzzy control with 15 preset smoking programs (e.g., cold smoking, hot smoking, steaming-smoking). The circulating air system ensures temperature/humidity deviation ≤2℃ in the chamber, keeping product color consistent (L-value deviation ≤3) across batches. Equipped with automatic wood chip feeding, smoke concentration is adjustable to avoid uneven flavor in traditional smoking.
– The 304 stainless steel chamber is welded for excellent sealing, with thermal efficiency over 85%; a high-efficiency filter reduces harmful emissions, meeting environmental standards. The 10-inch touch screen stores and calls process parameters, displaying real-time smoking curves and remaining time, with remote monitoring for easy production management. Safety features include over-temperature alarm and automatic fire suppression.
– The basic model (50-100kg/batch) suits small factories for trial and small-batch production; the standard model (100-200kg/batch) adds dual-chamber rotation, increasing efficiency by 30% for medium enterprises; the industrial model (200-300kg/batch) connects to marinating and packaging lines with IoT modules, meeting large-scale continuous production.
